school's back in session, it's crazy around here!!
here are two of my recent baking adventures from the artisanal gluten-free cooking cookbook. the kids oh so loved them...along with everyone else who tried em. i am happy to report: all were surprised at how tasty gluten free can be.
i served these chocolate chip cookies on new year's eve!
blueberry/raspberry/blackberry muffins with streusel topping
notes:
the original recipe only calls for blueberries, but i had a bag of organic frozen mixed berries on hand and they worked great.
happy back to school everybody. is it friday yet?! i miss sleeping in.
