carrageenan

man, i'm just having a bad day.

had to pour out some soy milk and will no longer be buying coconut milk in the quart or pint anymore.  even my coveted little chocolate coconut milk lunch boxes...sob...because it has carrageenan in it.

did you know it is a documented carcinogen?

yup, that's right people.

i have to buy coconut milk in the can.  trader joe's light coconut milk has nothing but coconuts and water in it.  i have another brand with guar gum in it...i'm afraid to look it up.
