#52tries | Spring Break in Truckee Tahoe + Terri's Birthday Lemon Biscotti


Begin again.

Find my dear friend Terri's lemon biscotti "al limone e mandorla" recipe here. At her suggestion, I simply dipped it in melted dark chocolate and crushed pistachios = Birthday heaven for Vicki.

US Biscotti conversions:
4 c gluten free or regular flour
1 TB baking powder
1/4 c marsala wine
1 c ground almonds (almond flour or meal)
1 c roughly chopped pistachios (plus more for dipping!)
1/2-3/4 c honey
Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
