day 17

i think the kids are up to my shenanigans with the smoothies...i add a little too much chard this morning.  the raw hemp seeds are working out just fine, but i was on the search today for a protein powder and here's what i found:

i'm thinking this could be yummy and since the younger two has texture issues, this will make a very smooth smoothie indeed.


  1. Don't put too much in the smoothie because you can taste this too. I use hemp powder in my smoothies and the first time, whoa! Way too much. Gradual is key if you are sneaking it in!!!

  2. hahahahah, good call, haven't tried the powder yet and i could see that happening:)
